Kirsty Jones is a Bristol based poet. In 2023, she was shortlisted for the Bridport Poetry Prize and longlisted for the National Poetry Competition. She has undertaken commissions for high profile venues and is currently working on her first collection.

Kirsty’s work has been featured on BBC Radio Bristol, nominated for the Pushcart Prize and published by Grind&bearing Press, Sunday Mornings at the River, Dear Damsels and others. Her debut children’s picture book No Matter the Distance was released in 2021.
